(2) Collection and supply of data on gross domestic product (GDP) and growth rate and other macroeconomic indicators such as savings, investment, consumption, per capita income, etc.

(3) Data collection and provision of monthly Consumer Price Index (CPI) including food and non-food items used in daily life of consumers.

(5) Collection and supply of statistical data related to the production of various crops and the amount of land under crops and land use.

(6) Data collection and provision of important health and demographic guidelines.

(7) Collection and provision of information related to child nutrition and the condition of children.

(8) Preparation and supply of information related to the poverty situation in the country through the conduct of household income and expenditure determination surveys.
